1. How long does delivery take?
You’ll receive a download link to your custom tags within 3 days after purchase. In most cases, we deliver within 24 hours. Please make sure to enter a valid email address, as the download link will be sent there. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder.
 

2. What format will I receive my order in?
You’ll get a ZIP archive containing WAV files: raw (unprocessed) voice tags, voice tags with effects applied. You can use them in any DAW.


3. Who owns the rights to the tags?
Once you receive your custom tags, you get exclusive rights for unlimited use in any way you want.


4. Can I use profanity or explicit phrases?
Yes — as long as it doesn’t break any laws.


5. Can I edit the text after placing the order? Can I request revisions after delivery?
Unfortunately, no. Text can't be changed after ordering, and all revisions after delivery are paid.

Double-check your text and specify pronunciation for nicknames and unusual words before submitting. If nothing is specified, changes will only be possible as a paid revision.

For paid revisions, email info@celorasound.com with your order number and the changes needed.

 

6. Can I choose the effects for each specific tag?
We design the effects to match the vibe of your tag. We choose the effects ourselves, but you will also receive raw (unprocessed) tags, so you can add your own effects however you like. You can leave your preferences in the Details form, and we’ll do our best to follow them.


7. Do you offer refunds?
Since this is a custom digital product, we cannot offer refunds.

 

8. What if I want a longer text recorded?

If you want a longer text recorded (up to 250 characters), leave dashes in the tag fields and write your full text in the Details field, with a note that you need a long-text recording.

10. What if I want each tag recorded by a different voice?

Select "Mix of voices" in the voice dropdown, then list your preferred voice for each tag in the details field, e.g.: Tag 1 – Trisha, Tag 2 – DJ ATL Rell, and so on.
