Refund Policy

Since we sell digital products that are delivered electronically, all sales are final and non-refundable.

After purchase, a download link is displayed on the order confirmation page, sent to the email address provided at checkout, and the digital product is made available immediately through the customer account.

In rare cases, the download email may not be delivered due to reasons beyond our control, such as a full mailbox or issues with the customer’s email provider. If this happens, please contact us at info@celorasound.com and we will resend the download link or provide access using an alternative email address.

In exceptional cases, such as fraud or unauthorized transactions, you may contact us with a detailed description of your situation. Each request is reviewed individually, and refunds are not guaranteed.

For EU customers:
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you give express consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose this right once the download begins, in accordance with Article 16(m). All digital sales are therefore final and non-refundable.
